By using AI Media Studio, you agree to these Terms. The service is designed to prepare, organize and upload content to social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

You agree to:

• connect only accounts you own or may lawfully manage;
• publish only content for which you have the necessary rights;
• follow TikTok and other connected platforms’ rules;
• keep your login credentials and devices secure.

You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or unauthorized activity.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant AI Media Studio only the limited authorization needed to process and transmit the content when you request an action. You remain responsible for your content, captions, account settings and publication choices.

TikTok and other social networks are independent services with their own terms and policies. Their availability, review process, limits and decisions are outside AI Media Studio’s control. You can revoke a platform connection through that platform or stop using the service.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued for security, maintenance or platform compatibility. These Terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Media Studio is not liable for indirect losses, lost audience, lost revenue, platform outages or actions taken by a connected platform. Access may be suspended for misuse or security risk. You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time.
